We are offering our Costa Rican Villa for rent by the week. Rate is $699.99 per 7-night stay, or $499.99 per 5-night stay. Less than $100 per night total! Villa is located in the resort Villas Sol Playa Hermosa. This is a privately owned villa however, guests have full access to the resort’s amenities, including swimming pools, restaurants, bars, fitness center, mini-mart, and more. Villa is well-maintained, clean and comfortable. Features:
3 bedrooms, 2 baths. 2 bedrooms w/ double beds, one with queen and private bathroom
Fully-equipped kitchen
Air-conditioning
Mini-pool in patio with table and chairs
2 TVs with cable (American, local and international channels)
Convenient location steps from mini-mart and fitness center, and shuttle bus stop
Not an ocean view property, but has the advantage of being steps away from the above mentioned amenities
5-minute stroll to beach through resort, or may take shuttle buses which are running frequently (every 5-10 minutes) from dawn until well after sunset.

Villa is located 30 minutes from Liberia International Airport. There are direct flights into Liberia from Dallas. Location is near to Playa Coco which is famous for diving. Playa Hermosa, where the villa is located, is a great beach for relaxing in a chair, swimming (no strong currents), snorkeling (great snorkeling by boat trip. Will visit pristine beaches and go very near to the amazing Four Seasons resort). I am a native Costa Rican and my passion is sharing my country with others. It will be my pleasure to assist guests of my villa with their trip planning and share my knowledge and advice. I also offer property tours in case anyone is going to Costa Rica to investigate investment opportunities.
