My husband and I are moving to Fort Worth in June for a medical residency and are looking to rent a home for one year. He will be working in downtown fort worth but we are willing to commute from North of Fort Worth, (north richland hills, grapevine area) to find a suburb that is family friendly and safe. We have a 2 year old son and a child on the way in November. We do not smoke, drink, or have pets. We are very clean and are particular about finding a safe, clean, fairly new home to rent for one year. We hope to find at least a 2 bedroom with storage, but prefer 3 bedroom. We want a quiet family suburban neighborhood. We are coming out to DFW in one week to find housing so let me know if you have something we should consider. We have a perfect rental history and certainly will care for your home and property as our own, as standard of living is key to our family. We prefer to not live east of i-35. We will pay between $750, up to $1000 for the right property. We do not want a duplex.
