I have moved to the Fort Worth area recently and looking to rent a house in the Saginaw area. I am looking for someone whom is willing to work with me on the first months rent and deposit because of my current situation.
I reside with my family (wife and son) in a hotel that has me on a relocation rate, which totals to 1400.00+ per month.
*I am looking to spend no more than 1100.00 per month max.
*Excellent rental history, however credit is not as wonderful as it once was due to unexpected circumstances.

*Although I may have posted this out of desperation,I am not looking to move my family into something that is not clean, safe, or worth 1100.00 per month.Everyone has a certain set of standards and I just need a little help,not someone to take advantage of my situation.
