Details on applying, house is going to be for sale, (someday), so room and house must be kept perfect at all times either by you or me, hence the difference in the rental prices. Rent includes all utilities, with satellite TV service and wireless internet available. I do a complete background check. Washer/dryer off kitchen area. Very clean, ceramic tile floors in main rooms. Looking for roommate ONLY to share home and expenses with, not a dating partner. Although friendly, I do have my own life and expect you to have yours also.
