3 Bedroom/2 bath apartment-1800 sf-The Lodge apartments in Fort Worth, TX
I need someone to take over my lease which is up June 27. We are building a home and would like to move over spring break instead of waiting until the summer-we will have to pay double rent. Apartment is in very good condition, just had carpets cleaned February 14th. You will not have to pay any deposit since we have already done so last June. Just move in and begin paying rent. Rent is due at the apartments by the 3rd or it is late. The apartments know we are looking for someone to take over our lease, all you will have to do is pass the application process. animals are ok here.
