Real country living no 5 acre track in a mobile home community here.No city bills, no city restrictions, and no city traffic.I have 13.64 acres with a 1994 Palm Harbor 3bdrm 2bath nice large kitchen with a center island.Dining room area and a large living room.Very Large covered Porch.The house is around 1800 square feet of living space and that is not including the porch.I have my own well here and it produces the best water anywhere.I have family and friends when they come over they will bring water jugs to fill up and take home.I installed a 5ton central A/C with heat pump 2yrs ago come this summer.There is several sheds and barns on the property and the entire place is 95% fenced enclosed with cross fencing.The home is located down a secluded private road.You can’t see your neighbors but they are not that far from you that you couldn’t walk down the road to visit.Living here is the best security a person could hope for.I rarely lock my doors and during the spring and fall when it feels perfect outside I often go to bed with the doors open.My place is valued at 168,000.00 I love this place but my wife wants to move closer to the city.If you have a place in the suburb area and want to trade let me know how much you feel your place is worth and how much you owe on it.What I am looking for in town is a 1300 to 1800 sq ft. home with a large back yard with side access so I can drive a couple of trailers back there for storage.Needs to have a garage, and a solid foundation.If you feel you have something I may want and is paid for let me know I am looking for an $80,000.00 home to move into.Has to do with taxes and all.Oh did I mention my place is agriculture exempt and my total taxes on run me around $1000.00 a year.
