I own a home in North Oak Cliff/Kessler Park and have a finished out funhouse/barn in the backyard that is approx 300 sqft plus small loft for storage. The barn has a/c, lights, fans, electrical outlets, and lots of windows. However, there is no bathroom - I would be willing to let you use the one in the house. Door has a padlock. Walking distance to Bishop Arts.

I am not using this space, so I'm offering it to an artist or other person for work space or storage at $200/mo (OBO by Mar 1) or we could possibly work out a trade for artwork. I believe that it was formerly a photography studio.The space is not intended to be used for residence.
