I am a Christian woman who lives in a very quiet, clean and safe one bedroom apartment complex near Hulen Mall. The one bedroom is available.
The apartment is a small one bedroom.The room available is approximately 10 x 12 with an attached small full bathroom which we would share.
I will use the living room.I will be gone during the day and work at home on the computer in the evening.To maintain a peaceful environment things you should know:
1) I do not use a tv or radio and would request the same of you (you can use headphones).
2) The apartmentis small so I have no visitors and request the same of you
3) No smoking (inside or out)
This space is ideal for someone who needs a place temporarily.You can stay for as long as or little as you like.The rent is $250 a month and half utilities (approx $50).There is internet access in the apartment and several swimming pools, jacuzzi and laundry facilities on the property.
Request a $100 deposit and one month rent.Need a responsible female non-smoker. Available immediately.
