There is a big 2 bedroom apt. with 2 attached bathrooms and a separate kitchen out of which one of the master bedrooms is being shared between me and an 18 year old guy. The other bedroom may have someone come up there by this month-end. Its only the other guy living alone for now since I am staying with another friend. This is why I want to rent my room to someone who needs one until mid-June since my lease ends then and I have already paid for the place upfront for that period. Its a very peaceful locality and located very close to Addison Airport. also the roommate is a decent chap who doesn't drink nor smoke. Anyone interested let me know. I ask for 260$ per month.
