I need a roomate. Will split rent but you pay electric. Ii is a 800sf one bedroom second story apartment above the laundry room facing the pool.I am rarely there for more than picking up mail and clothing.

I have some furniture but it, as well as, any of my other unneccessary items can be stored in one of the two walk-in-closets.It is an older complex with established trees and excellent closet space.Utilities are sub-divided by square footage, this months bill was 63.08. The area is safe and centrally located.Please no pets.

I am 45 years old, female, looking for someone who would be reliable.
