I need someone to take over my lease for a room in a huge 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2 story house located 5 minutes from UNT!! House has huge living room, a formal living room, kitchen with side-by-side fridge, dishwasher, electric stove with oven, microwave, and a walk-in pantry. Also a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Big back yard and a 2 car garage. Currently 3 guys live there, ages 21-26.No deposit and only pay $175 for the month of Feburary!! Lease ends on July 31 but can renew. Please e-mail me if you have any question. I have pictures too!
