Renter would pay $340 per month and 1/2 of utilities/expenses (Electricity bill, phone bill and DSL bill if you need it). Renter would enjoy their own room and own bath, access to common areas. I am a non-smoker. NO PETS ALLOWED. No alochol and no drugs. Prefer a working female or a female college/graduate student who is able to keep the rooms clean with non-cooking to very light cooking. Gate access to the comminuty. Swimming pool and SPA, exercise room and tennis court are avaialble in the community.
