I got one big room available anytime after April 24. In 2 stories, 5 rooms new house. It takes about 12-15 minutes to drive to UTD, 10 minutes to CCCC and Richland college, etc.
The house is in great condition. Front circular drive for your safety parking & very big back yard to relax. The house got very open floor plan with high ceiling & elegant em bowed windows.
Female roommates needed only, office lady, single professional or college student. Must be no smoking / drinking, no pet, no drug, no criminal records.
Also, please considerately note that: No male friend to stay overnight. No sleepers / shoes to wear indoors. The carpet floor has been kept cleanly the way it always is. No huge volumes of personal stuff / boxes outside the big room. Paying rent on time. And also, better being children friendly. Thanks.
The room are very big,11x12 feet,high ceiling, with big closet,shared bath, decorative ceiling fan, nice view and nice painting, borders & carpet floor. You would only need to bring a mattress.
24hr Wireless-Internet. Washer & dryer. Home Security system protected. Full use of kitchen and unlimited local phone line. Very Clean refrigerator with quality distilled water available. You got your own big space in refrigerator and kitchen cabinet for storage.A very QUIET & SAFE place to stay.
Monthly rent is $380 per room, all bills paid. Monthly rent is due on the same date of moving-in for every following months. Least 6 month term or longer. There is a $150 refundable deposit required. Thanks.
