I live out in the country on 2 acres, I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath brick home, I'm looking to rent the one bedroom, would prefer a non-smoker,(social drinker is fine, absolutley NO DRUGS). The garage is a game/karaoke/jam room.
Looking for someone who is neat (not compulsive, my house does look lived in)
and dependable. (that means when the rents due the rents due!)
No kids (to visit is fine) or inside pets (must love dogs, I have two)and don't get me wrong I love kids.
Someone who is pretty much drama free (we all have a little drama in our lives)
I'm a 44 year old male, I get up about 2:30 a.m. (work) so I go to bed early 9 p.m. at the latest.
