Ground floor spacious apartment with 2 en-suite bedrooms with walk in closets available to share. Bedrooms have cable outlets and phone connections if one is desired. My current roommate is moving out in May and I will need to renew the lease with a new roommate starting June 1. The apartment has a poolside location and view, ample parking (covered available for extra fee). The bedrooms are 12x13 ft. Washer/ Dryer connections are available (I currently use the laundry room 30 seconds walk away). We have a small patio with a gas BBQ.
I am an Irish 29 YO non-smoking male dentist in a residency program at Baylor. I am from Dublin and moved to Dallas in June 2007. I am pretty easy going, clean, tidy, straight, and reckon I'm a good roommate. You can ask my current roommate when your here to view the place. Neither of us are neat freaks but we have worked together to keep the apartment clean this last 10 months. I work long hours and enjoy going out in Dallas/Uptown/Greenville and a few beers at the weekend. I am regularly out of town
I am looking for a non-smoking easy going clean roommate to co-sign a new lease with me so you will need approval from the leasing company. I have cable and wireless internet and will need to keep both so thats $42 a month each. The apartment is ideally suited for roommate setup as the bedrooms are almost identical sizes and are located at either end of the living room for privacy. Heat and electric bills total $70-110 per month, highest in the winter. On average 45 per month each. No pets are allowed.Total monthly fees are about $620. It's a great apartment in a great location and I really want to stay here so need a trustworthy, friendly and easy going roommate. If you fit the bill,let me know and give me an email.
