Persons should have adequate experience and dependable transportation and have excellent communication and organizational skills. Be flexible and be wiling to be 'on-call' M-F during daylight hours and, rarely, some weekends. Experience must be wide ranging and include everything from Windows '98 to Server 2003, Exchange, IIS, TS, etc. as well as industry specific applications at all types of SMB sites - retail POS, financial, acounting, manufacturing, real estate, health, etc. or must demonstrate the desire and ability to quickly learn. Must be able to switch gears quickly from 'doing' to selling and consulting when needed. Above all else, candidates must have specific ethics, attitudes and skill sets that our customers expect and that we demand.
