This position, which is based in Dallas, Texas, will direct the new business development and account management of various regions across the US. The Account Executive will have direct negotiation responsibilities for telecom license agreements and owner consulting agreements for single buildings or real estate portfolios.The Account Executive will assist as directed and manage key customer relationships day to day and interface with senior management with regard to all marketing and account management activities in the region and other duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES
·Interface with partners, vendors, clients and potential clients with regard to antenna site license agreements, site consulting, client identification, carrier relationship development, preparing professional proposals and presentations
·Provide input/recommendation on lease negotiations and marketing tactics
·Maintain relationship with site owners, carriers and related personnel
.Resolve various Landlord/Site Owner disputes
·Review construction/installation drawings with engineering director and identify equipment locations
·Conduct and maintain equipment inventories of site users
·Assist with tenant or account issues including rent and contract disputes
·Direct marketing in getting users on sites; creation of flyers, lease incentives, etc.
·Develop and maintain all reporting requirements for site owners
·Negotiations of rooftop consulting agreements and site license agreements
·Prepare site audit reports; execute and perform due diligence with engineering personnel

REQUIREMENTS
·5+ years account management experience
·5+ years of telecommunications and/or real estate leasing experience
·3+ years consulting, license agreement experience and monetary lease negotiations
·Proficiency in MS Office applications - Word, Excel, Outlook
·Experience with Yardi Accounting system a plus
·Strong presentation skills
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
·Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
·RFP experience a plus
·Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently
·Must be able to climb ladders or stairs, work on roof tops, and tolerate prolonged exposure to outdoor weather conditions
·Travel – up to 25%
