An Account Executive is responsible for interviewing prospective applicants, determining which loan programs will meet their needs and discussing appropriate loan programs with the prospective borrower. AE's are responsible for exercising independent judgement to effectively communicate complex formulae and mortgage industry terms to diverse clientele. Our Account executives must be able to work a fluctuating schedule including some weekend shifts. Our Account Executives operate in an inbound lead environment and must provide coverage for high inbound lead volume.
