Account Executive- Dallas Texas

Overall
Account Executive will work closely with Sr. Account Executive and Account Supervisor in the daily
functions of all promotions.Account Executive will play lead role in the management of all internal processes and will serve as the primary liaison across agency departments.This person will keep team members informed of timelines and will proactively assess needs to keep project moving forward.

Job Description
Responsible for day to day functions as it pertains to team needs including but not exclusive to:
•Gather consumer and customer insights
•Coordinate and participate in brainstorming sessions
•Work with team in the development of concepts and supporting tactics
•Develop proposal decks and creative presentation decks and present to client
•Develop and maintain internal and external correspondence including; creative briefs, meeting reports, status reports, presentation decks and other client communication
•Vendor management throughout the life of a promotion
•Develop and oversee timelines as they apply to all internal departments
•Generate, manage and reconcile program estimates
•Manage client billing and financial status reports
•Manage the creative process – briefing the creative team, reviewing concept and comp materials
•Coordinate creative and legal approvals
•Work with traffic to effectively track projects throughout the creative and production process
•Review all files prior to production release for quality assurance
•Assist in the development of the program recap including case study evaluation, identification of key learnings and future recommendations

Important Skills/Characteristics
•Enthusiasm for the promotions/advertising/marketing fields
•1-3 years of promotional marketing, advertising or agency experience (preferably promotional
experience)
•Strong service orientation – This position will be the company ambassador within the client office
and will require a very service oriented personality
•Strong attention to detail and follow through
•Excellent oral and written communication
•Team player that is positive and upbeat
•Proactive
