JOB DESCRIPTION: Small but busy law firm with emphasis on Estate Planning and Business Law located in Folsom close to Hwy 50 seeks full time receptionist/legal assistant with two years
We have an honest company positioned in a controversial industry.

We are a leader in adult entertainment marketing seeking male and female
professionals who want to make top dollar selling in this multi-billion
dollar industry.

This is NOT phone or cyber sex.

Our company pays daily, 5 days a week. This means that if you make
four or five sales today, you will be paid tomorrow by a company
provided debit card.

Our top earners generate three to ten sales a day.
That's $ $120 to $400 a day. Even the average sales person makes at least 1 sale a day.
That's $1,240 extra income a month.

We are seeking people with the minimum prerequisites:

* Must be honest
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Must be self-motivated
* Must have average or above average typing skills
* Must have average or above average computer and internet skills
* Must have absolutely no problem with the adult entertainment industry
* Must desire to set their own schedule and to be OK with not having a boss

professional office experience required, preferably in a law firm setting, to assist with office and client responsibilities. We are friendly, casual and low key and are looking for a personable capable receptionist with zero tolerance for errors to assist us. Will be mostly responsible for basic administrative functions such as answering phones, screening incoming calls, returning client calls, filing, calendaring, billing etc. Will occasionally have direct client contact with some of the office procedures used in Estate Planning.

MUST BE CONFIDENT, TECHNOLOGY SAVVY, GREAT WITH COMPUTERS AND OFFICE EQUIPMENT, MUST TYPE tt16770 WPM (AND HAVE CERTIFICATE), DETAIL ORIENTATED, FRIENDLY AND PERSONABLE. IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD ALSO HAVE SOME SALES EXPERIENCE.

Duties would include greeting clients, managing incoming client calls using our multi-line phone system, returning client phone calls, scheduling client meetings, following up with clients regarding meeting, etc, and briefly describing some of our services to clients who call in. Duties will also include processing daily mail, faxing, copying, scanning, office organization and miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of three Attorney's and one other legal assistant.

Qualifications:

- Prior receptionist experience preferred, at least 2 years

- Must be proficient with all modern office equipment such as scanners, fax machines, computers and phones, experience with electronic file management important

- Professional attitude and demeanor

- Detail oriented and organized

- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word and Outlook

- Ability to multi task

- Resourcefulness and the ability to work independently and as a team
