Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibility, Accountability and Decision-Making – The candidate shall receive instructions on new assignments, and shall apply job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a wide range of tasks. This job includes evaluation of lines production, failures and finished products as well as root cause investigation and analysis. The individual is responsible for daily, weekly and monthly failure analysis reports and line failure posting.Work assignments are moderately complex in nature, where sound judgments are required in resolving problems.
Qualifications/Requirements
Technical - Performs electronics diagnoses in the following skill areas, as applicable: general-purpose electronic test, utilizing multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and other electronic testers. Additionally, skills in software programming are preferred.Open to people that have 2 years electronic repair experience or electronic engineering degree.
Communication and Interaction - Trains others in basic assembly and writes assembly procedures as required. The position requires regular interaction with other technicians, Customer Service Representatives, Production Supervisors, Managers and our customers. Interaction normally involves exchange or presentation of factual information, often as the specialist in a particular technical area.
