A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. 2+ year's experience meeting with application users and translation of business requirements into program deliverables. Application of knowledge of the business processes in various functional areas. Position: PeopleSoft developer to build design document, code development, unit test, installation, and initial post installation support for multiple HR Systems projects. Will work closely with Project Manager, Business Analyst, Technical Support group, and Customers. We need a technical expert regarding PeopleSoft HRMS systems areas including WW HR, WW Recruitment / Staffing / Candidate Gateway / Talent Acquisition Manager, as well as some US Payroll and Benefits. As a technical expert, the Application Developer must be proficient in PeopleSoft Technology such as PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQL/SQR, Application Engine, Component Interface, Process Scheduler, and Integration Broker. Must have experience with Unix/Oracle. Must be technically oriented (good problem solving and troubleshooting skills), excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), good teaming / partnering skills, self motivated and self directed, good multi-tasking skills, quality oriented, flexible, and committed to successful on-time completion of tasks.
