Fashion and music expo needs a venue.
We have a small place but after careful review, we have decided to go after a venue that can not only house a runaway and stage for music performances, we also need an area for vendors and a small media area.
The event will take place Saturday, October 25. It will begin at noon, go on to 8pm; 9pm-11:30pm we'll feature music performances and an after party 12mid-2am.
The ideal venue is a nightclub, as hotels are very pricey and way over our budget. Despite the depth of this event and how ambitious it is in what we are looking to do, we would like something as ready-to-go as a nightclub, but flexible enough with at least two rooms at once.
We need to have it booked by mid-May to do our show in October!
