iidon is currently seeking Guest Services Associates for exclusive properties throughout the Dallas/Ft.Worth area.We will provide you with the tools to begin a promising career in such an exciting and growing industry.
This individual will provide first class service as well as the safety and security of all tenants, in a positive and professional manner. This role requires a person with an outgoing personality, polished communications skills, a presentable appearance and overall excellent customer service skills. Concierges are expected to go above and beyond to fulfill as best as possible, whatever wants or needs guests might have.For obvious reasons, concierges must be highly familiar with the area in which they work. It is nearly impossible to perform concierge duties adequately without an intimate knowledge of businesses and entertainment in the surrounding community. Experience is preferred but not required.
