Supervise and maintain scheduling of employees.
Document and train employees
Maintain reviews and provide career paths.
Maintain datacenter, including security, environmental controls, and electrical.
Conflict resolution
Budget and vendor management.
Ensure compliancy for System I related audits.
Provide on-call support.
Must have experience with:
System I (AS/400), PTF, OS/400, and Mainframes.
Management Experience is a huge plus.
