Our client is looking for a Phone Support Analyst to assist corporate customers with technical computer issues. This is a contract position (min. of 3 months) and could go to the end of 2008 depending on their needs. They are looking for someone with the following experience: *At least 2 years of technical phone support experience in a corporate setting *Experience with Windows XP support *Experience with Microsoft Outlook (setup/installation, configurations) *Experience supporting Blackberry Devices *Experience with Altiris systems Soft Skills: Customer Service friendly, independent, fast learner, strong communication skills
