Job Duties •Daily support of 2-3 Sr. Recruiters •Responsible for all candidate interview scheduling •Participate in phone screening all candidates •Complete candidate summary sheet for internal candidates •Reference checking •Initiate visa processing •Initiate relocation process •Updating submittal/requisition sheet •Post requisitions on job boards •Coordinate application process •Data entry into applicant tracking system •Complete background checks and drug screens Requirements •2-5 years experience in an Administrative Support role; knowledge of HR or Staffing helpful but not required. •High School Diploma or G.E.D.: college degree preferred. •Computer skills: MS Office, Outlook •Understanding of technical disciplines and related terminology. Skills/Abilities •Ability to work with customers and employees in various situations. •Excellent planning and organizing skills; able to “juggle” responsibilities effectively in a high volume, fast-paced service environment. •Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively, via telephone, writing, or in small groups. •Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures. •Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves. •Confidence, maturity and interpersonal sensitivity.
