We have an exciting and rewarding career opportunity for a Recruiting Coordinator supporting the Commercial Services and Global ERP Talent Acquisition teams.

Title: Reporting Analyst - Recruiting

Location:

Chicago, IL (O'Hare Plaza) or

Dallas, TX (Las Colinas)

Philadelphia (Radnor)

Relocation: Not Authorized

Travel: Minimal

Job specific duties:

  • Extract, analyze and format data-driven reports from multiple Recruiting and HR applications (both automated and ad hoc) for decision support and recruitment tracking purposes.
  • Participate in analysis preparation and review of recruiting metrics to include (but not limited to): hiring procedure workflow, cost per hire, open requisition status, open requisition alignment to Business Units, source of hire, new hire detail, and time to fill
  • Ensure compliance with firm and government standards on applicant consideration and follow up
  • Coordinate scheduling and candidate travel for interviews
  • Verify and process invoices for candidate travel expenses
  • Facilitate Recruiting Days and Interview Events

    Position Specific Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or at least 3+ years of related experience.
  • 1 or more years of practical experience in an HR support function – preferably in Recruiting or Resource Management
  • Demonstrated analytical ability technical aptitude in Microsoft Excel (minimum 2 years of MS Excel experience in a professional environment)
  • 1 or more years of practical experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (eg. Recruitmax, Brassring, etc)

    "Soft Skill" Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in multi-tasking and workload balancing.
  • Excellent communication skills across all various organizational levels and cross-functions
  • Proven experience in taking initiative, accepting responsibility and accountability within a team environment
  • Adaptability.
