The company is in search for a candidate who is able build strong relationships with peers and their clients.
Should have at least 6+ years of technical architecture experience. An architectural license with a LEED certification would be preferred. This individual will act as a senior project architect on a number of different projects.
Project background should range from commercial, hospitality, civic or institutional. Company is looking for someone who has a varied background.
Specifically looking for a variety of design, technical, management and professional skills:
-Understanding of planning, programming and design principles
-Ability to design within project schedules and budgets
-Managerial direction of document production
-Knowledge to execute code analyses for building and zoning
-Experience with architectural budgeting
-Strong desire to interface with clients and employees tactfully and diplomatically
